Our return policy is applicable if the item is damaged during shipping and should be returned within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be doing any cash back refund, however, we will exchange of the product with the same design or any other design of the same value.

7 DAY EXCHANGE

7-day exchange valid on all designs. We offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Customers can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once.

Designs exchanged once under the 7-day exchange policy will not be considered for exchange again.

In case the value of the new jewelry is higher than the value of the old jewelry, the customer will have to pay the difference.
